About the Owner—Kim Miles, ACC

Kim Miles has a passion for helping people reach their full potential!  She inspires people’s innate ability and wisdom. Kim understands that by tapping into individuals internal and external resources, true success can be accomplished.

Kim is a professional with over 15 years of experience in various industries including  engineering, telecommunications, direct sales and aerospace.  In all positions that Ms. Miles has worked, her open and direct communication style has allowed those with whom she works to feel heard and appreciated.

She has experience in Project Development, Integration of Strategic Plans, Business Development, Sales, Training and Personnel Development in roles such as Project Manager, Corporate Account Manager, Technical Recruiter, Project Engineer, and Program Controls Analyst. 

Kim is a direct communicator who is genuinely interested in hearing, understanding and thereby connecting with people.  Kim’s uncanny ability to identify the communication styles of those around facilitates conversation that naturally flows. Kim is an active listener who uses reflection to ensure she has a full understanding, not only of what is being said, but the intention of the verbal and non verbal queues.

Kim has an undergraduate degree in Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and  continues her professional development at COACH U.

With all of the various positions that Ms. Miles held, Kim stayed true to her passion for helping people. She feels that her coaching career is a culmination of her various business and life experience and that she has finally found her true calling.    

Kim is happily married with three children.  She enjoys quality family time, hiking, scrapbooking, exercising and being involved with children’s ministry programs.
